Introduction: Detailed diagnosis, treatment planning, and successful endodontic require an in-depth understanding of the root canal anatomy its distinguishing features in various ethnic groups.Objective: The aim this study was to C-shaped morphology mandibular second molars Nepalese population by using clinical radiographic analysis.Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional will be designed implemented records from dental January 2017 2021. Out 4680 cases, 1800 cases were evaluated as samples based upon inclusion exclusion criteria. prevalence canals according age, sex, quadrant calculated. assessed on basis appearance examination records. Descriptive statistics presented numbers percentages. Chi-square test used check any association between variables. level significance kept at 0.05.Results: 0.105%(n=162) molar with highest being young adult age group (18-25) slightly higher male than females. Unilateral (93.83%) more prevalent bilateral (6.17%). Group site(unilateral/bilateral) variables significantly associated c-shaped canals.Conclusions: Knowing anatomical variation we are treating is utmost importance for a favorable outcome. In comparison other Asian countries like China Korea, comparatively less.
